Shipping & Returns

Normally, your order will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Between November 15 and December 31, please allow us up to 72 hours (third business day). Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Discount-Tools.biz will not be responsible for any import fees or taxes.Buyer will be provided with tracking/confirmation number when order has been shipped. The minimum order is 50$. How do you handle customer complaints or returns?

Products are warrantied for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We will repair or replace after inspection. We handle returns via the RMA system and you are responsible for getting the product back to us. To obtain a RMA number, you must contact us via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery.
