Paul Chen Nami Iaito

Iaijutsu / Iaido is an ancient Japanese martial art related to the sword that was developed in the 16th century. The blade is made of high carbon steel making it stronger than most practice swords which are made from aluminum alloy. However it is still lighter than a traditional Katana.

As can be see in the photographs, the blade has a full length Bo-Hi with a beautiful Hamon and a generous curve. This sword has a blunt blade for training purposes.
